High Pressure Micropowder Mill
High pressure micropowder mill is of high efficiency like air current mill, as high pressure micropowder mill is developed basing on our engineer’s long time research on the industrial mills and hydrodynamics theory, thus high cost of application of air current mill in our country ends. The high pressure micropowder mill is mainly used to grind and crush the ordinary non-explosive and non-inflammable materials with Mohs hardness below 6 and moisture blow 8%, like kaolin, limestone, calcite, marble, barite, gypsum, ferric oxide, aluminum hydroxyde, paint, porcelain clay, coal, active carbon, etc.
Working Principle Of High Pressure Micropowder Mill:
The crushed materials are transferred to the hopper through the elevator, then to the grinding chamber of mill through the vibrating feeder and the materials are put into the space between rollers and ring by the shovel for grinding. The blower will blow the air into the grinding chamber,and the powder will be flown into the separator for separation. If the size of powder does not meet the requirement, it will fall down for regrinding, and the qualified powder will flow into the powder collector with air current. The vapor will exist due to the moisture of the materials, and the outer air may be sucked in due to bad seal condition of pipes of the whole system, then the circulating air amount increases. In order to keep the high pressure micropowder mill operating under negative pressure, the extra air should be released to the atmosphere through the bag deduster.
Characteristics Of High Pressure Micropowder Mill:
The price is only one eighth of that of air current mill, under the same capacity and same size of final product, while its application range is larger than air current mill. The pressure from rollers to materials is increased by 800-1200Kg with the function of high pressure spring, and the power consumption is one third of air current mill. The feeding size is big, and the size of final product can reach < 6.5um super fine powder directly. The eclipsed form multipole seal device keeps the mills in good airproof condition.
